Site Description | Thehall of maps in Florence's Palazzo Vecchio ( Sala delle Carte Geografiche) is a 16th century construction containing one of the worlds oldest globes, along with a number of unique maps. This dataset also contains the Cancelleria (the former office of Machiavelli), the Salla degli Gigli, and Sala dell'Udienza. |
