Site Description | Trypillian culture is a unique phenomenon of European prehistory, marked by the notwithstanding settlements with thousands of inhabitants (sometimes called photocopies), remarkable pottery and artistic expressions (figurines and clay models, decorations, etc.), and developed agricultural practices. A huge collection of these cultural artifacts represents its unique values in almost every Ukrainian archaeological museum. However, the collection from the National Museum of the History of Ukraine is one of the oldest and richest of that kind. For more details please review the manifest. |
Project Description | Archaeological objects at the National Museum of the History of Ukraine were documented by the members of NGO SLR "Archaic" and the staff of the Museum. Field capture methodology is based on the SfM photogrammetry with several scenes |
